Working conditions:

The speed of high speed shaft shall not exceed 1500r / min;

The instantaneous overload torque is not more than 2.7 times of the rated output torque;

When the working environment temperature is – 40 ~ 45 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting;

It operates in both positive and negative directions.

(9) LLSH type continuous casting steel tension leveller uses three ring reducer;

(10) SHL type vertical single stage three ring drive three ring reducer;

(11) SHLD – vertical and motor direct three ring reducer;

(12) SHLDK – vertical, hollow shaft three ring reducer;

(13) SHZ type – combined two-stage transmission with bevel gear transmission. High speed shaft and low speed shaft plane vertical three ring reducer;

(14) SHP type single stage three ring drive, three ring reducer with box end face split;

(15) ZZSH type three ring reducer for pile hole drilling rig;

(16) SHCPD – combined two-stage drive, cylindrical gear drive and motor direct connection three ring reducer;

(17) SHZP – bevel gear transmission, three ring reducer with box end face split;

(18) YPSH – three ring reducer for disc feeder;

(19) GTSH type three ring reducer for ladle turret.
